Nefertiti means "The beautiful one has come."

Sired by E's Blaze of Glory (owned by Shauney's Miniatures in Canada) and out of Georgetown's Last Chance, Neffie is a bay filly with a star and white markings on her front coronet bands.

Neffie won her Modern Filly class at the 20046 ASPC/AMHR/ASPR show and was the Reserve Champion Grand American Show Pony - she was 4th in the National Top Ten All-Star American Show Pony class.

In 2008 at the National Area One show in Horseheads, NY, Neffie was the Grand Champion ASPR Pony, Champion Junior Modern Pleasure Shetland and Reserve Grand Modern Pleasure Shetland.  She also won her Modern Liberty class and Amateur Modern Pleasure Shetland.

In 2009 Nefertiti switched to showing as a Classic and took home the championship from a show in Horseheads, NY.  Thank you judge Larry Thurber for allowing us to show her under some different scenarios - rarely does a handler get such a great opportunity.

Miracles do happen - despite her tongue injury, Neffie does her best.

2007-2008

Neffie clipped out thin in 2007 and after examinations by her veterinarian and horse dentist, it was discovered her tongue is partially paralyzed due to unknown causes.  We altered her diet and the weight came back on and the quidding has lessened dramatically.

She is longing well, parks herself beautifully and is full of spirit and attitude.

We plan on attending the ASPC/AMHR/ASPR Area One show in July 2008 - she will not only show in halter classes but in Obstacle and Jumpers.
